Self Check-in Guide

Follow the steps !

  1. Read this page.
  2. Submit your check-in form and receive your check-in code.
  3. Check your email box (also check spam).
  4. Please be sure to complete the passport submission and check-in procedures one day before your arrival date.

● Luggage leave before check-in: Can leave your luggage after 11:30
● Luggage leave after check-out: Unable to store luggage, please use coin lockers or luggage storage at the station.

※There is no dedicated parking lot.
※There are many coin parking lots within 3-5 minutes on foot, so please use them.
※Parking fee: 400-600 yen per hour, 1500-2000 yen per night

●Accommodation Tax

Starting from March 2026, the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax has been introduced. The applicable tax at our property is 400 JPY per person per night.
（例：4 名様 2 泊の場合、4 名 x 400 円 x 2 泊＝3,200 円）
Please kindly drop the tax directly into the box located near entrance if not prepaid, according to your actual reservation information.

●WIFI
The information is provided in the house book.
●GARBAGE
Please separate garbage following the instruction on the trash can inside of the house. When the trash becomes full, please through it into a big trash can located outside.
●CHECK OUT
1. Please wash all dishes and cooking equipment used.
2. Please lock the door when leave.
3. Please send us message incase you will be late for 11am check out time.
