Starting from March 2026, the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax has been introduced. The applicable tax at our property is 400 JPY per person per night.
（例：4 名様 2 泊の場合、4 名 x 400 円 x 2 泊＝3,200 円）
Please kindly drop the tax directly into the box located near entrance if not prepaid, according to your actual reservation information.

Please separate garbage following the instruction on the trash can inside of the house. When the trash becomes full, please through it into a big trash can located outside.
●CHECK OUT
1. Please wash all dishes and cooking equipment used.
2. Please lock the door when leave.
3. Please send us message incase you will be late for 11am check out time.
No Smoking in All Rooms!
Smoking is prohibited inside the building and in the surrounding area. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cans, Petbottle, Eco cap, Bottle
